1) Delivery information 

Despite exceptional circumstances, our Eshop is still open 7 days a day and deliveries are still maintained. Below are the carriers that will take care of your packages:
  • Colissimo without signature in your mailbox
  • Chronopost
Please note that delivery times can take up to 10 working days. Indeed, following reinforced safety and hygiene measures as well as a reduced number of teams within our warehouses, the situation does not allow us to process your orders at the usual rate. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Rest assured that we are sorry and that we are doing our best to respond as quickly as possible to each of your requests.

4) How long is my voucher valid for?

The time to try the fragrances one by one, to tame them, and to adopt one… This code is valid for 2 months.

5) How do I use my “Samples 7 perfumes” voucher on my perfume order?

It is very simple !

Have your voucher code ready. This can be found in the e-mail that was sent to you following your order. Do your shopping at www.anuja-aromatics.com. At the time of the basket summary, enter your voucher code in the specified place. The discount amount is then automatically deducted from your total!

Please note, this voucher code will only be valid for 2 months, can only be used once and only for the purchase of 50 ml eau de parfum and Aroma-jewelry (excluding discovery box, 10 ml format and all samples).

6) Can I use it to buy a second Samples 7 fragrances?

No, the offer is only valid for the purchase of eau de parfum 50 ml and Aroma-Bijoux.

By clicking on “My account” (top right) or by validating your basket, complete the identification form that is proposed to you. Remember the e-mail address you entered and especially your password! They are personal to you and they alone give you access to your account.

9) How do I modify or delete my Anuja-Aromatics account?

At any time, you can edit your information by clicking on “login” or “My account”. To delete your www.anuja-aromatics.com account, please contact Customer Service at contact@anuja-aromatics.com.

10) I forgot my password?

In “My Account” (top right of your home page) click on “login”, enter your e-mail address then click on “Forgot your password?”. An email will be sent to you immediately with a new password.

12) How do I track my order? 

If you ordered: 7 perfume samples, 2ml samples, 10ml format or 3ml format, you should know that it will be sent by post, in an envelope, to be delivered directly to your mailbox. Monitoring of the envelope is therefore impossible.

Here are the approximate delivery times for the 7 perfume samples:

For delivery in France, you should receive it within 3 to 5 working days.

For delivery in Europe, between 5 and 14 working days.

For delivery to the rest of the world, between 5 and 21 working days.

13) How do I follow up on my product order?

You have received an email informing you of the shipment and the tracking number of your package, as well as the link allowing you to track your package.

14) How do I know that my order has been taken into account?

Once the payment is validated, your order number appears on the screen with the summary thereof.

You then receive two emails:

- The first informing you of the acceptance of your payment with a bank transaction number to keep.

- The second confirms your order and includes all the information you have validated when ordering online.

15) Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be canceled as long as it is in “in preparation” status in your order tracking. You can cancel it by contacting customer service by email: contact@anuja-aromatics.com

16) Can I edit the invoice corresponding to my order?

In your order history, you will be able to view and edit the invoice.

Can I modify my order after it has been validated?

Once your order has been validated, it is prepared by our logistics team and shipped. Your order can no longer be changed.

Currently, we do not offer this service.

18) Is my online payment secure?

Yes, your payment by credit card (CB, Eurocard / Mastercard and Visa) is completely secure. We use high-performance technology via a secure server (SSL). In any case, your credit card number does not pass on our website, since during the purchase, you enter it directly on the interface of our banking partner. No card number is therefore kept in our files.

Please bear in mind, however, that data transmission over the Internet is never 100% secure and that any information communicated online can potentially be collected and used by persons other than those to whom it was intended.

19) Can I pay for my order online by check?

Yes, please contact our customer service by email: contact@anuja-aromatics.com. The shipment of the order will only be possible after receipt of the check.

20) What are the accepted payment methods?

Payment for your purchases can be made by Paypal or Stripe, credit card or bank card: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®. You must indicate your credit card or bank card number as well as its expiry date on the page provided for this purpose.

No order by email or phone can be valid.

21) Can I have it delivered to the address of my choice?

Yes, you have the choice of the delivery address. Your customer account allows you to save some to facilitate your next orders. You must check the mention "Indicate another delivery address" when you place your order or log into your account and click on "change billing or delivery addresses".

For safety reasons, Anuja Aromatics will not process any order for which a PO Box or Cedex address is provided.

23) What are the shipping costs and times?

After selecting a product to buy on our site, go to your basket, you can estimate the costs and delivery times depending on the country of delivery. Namely, delivery is free in France from 49 € of purchase.

Please note: however, you should know that: Samples 7 perfumes, samples 2ml, 10ml format or 3ml format, are sent by postal envelope. It is therefore considered to be a courier.

It is therefore impossible to track its delivery.

You have the possibility to return or exchange any product ordered on the site www.anuja-aromatics.com within 15 days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:

The products must be returned to the address indicated below in their original condition, sealed, accompanied by the original delivery note and the duly completed return form.

We do not offer the possibility of return or exchange of product purchased on the site www.anuja-aromatics.com in our physical points of sale.
